Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal
1. Right of Withdrawal
Customers of www.aliceglamshop.com / www.aliceglamshop.ch have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us a written declaration (e.g., by email to info@aliceglamshop.ch) and include your order number.
2. Return Conditions
- Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Personalized jewelry or items made to customer specifications are excluded from returns unless they are defective.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. In cases of defective goods, we cover the shipping costs.
3. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price to the original payment method within 14 days. Returns that do not meet the return conditions cannot be refunded.
4. Exchanges
An exchange is possible if the item meets the return conditions. Please contact our customer service to arrange an exchange.
5. Liability for Transport Damages
Please inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. If damages or defects are present, contact us within 48 hours with a description and, if possible, photos of the damage. We will arrange for an exchange or refund of the affected item.
