Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping for orders within Switzerland. For orders outside Switzerland, a flat shipping fee applies, which will be displayed in the cart/checkout area.

2. Shipping Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Partner
Shipping is handled by trusted partners such as the Swiss Post. The delivery time within Switzerland is typically 1-3 business days from the shipping date. For orders outside Switzerland, the delivery times provided by Swiss Post apply, with performance guarantees by the respective postal carriers.

4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. If tracking is available, the tracking number will be included in this email so you can monitor the delivery status of your order at any time.

5. Delivery Address
Please ensure that the delivery address is accurate and complete. Alice Glam Shop cannot be held liable for delayed deliveries or additional costs resulting from incorrect address information.

6. Transport Damage
Please check the items upon receipt for any transport damage. If visible damage is detected, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the goods by email at info@aliceglamshop.ch, and, if possible, include photos of the damage.

7. Non-Delivery
If an order is returned due to incorrect address information, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect, we reserve the right to charge the customer for any additional shipping costs incurred.
