Terms and Conditions (T&C) for www.aliceglamshop.com / www.aliceglamshop.ch

1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all orders placed by customers through the online shop www.aliceglamshop.com/.ch operated by Alice Glam Shop (hereinafter referred to as "Alice Glam Shop" or "we"). By placing an order, customers accept these T&C.

2. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. By ordering desired products, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The contract is established when we accept the order with an order confirmation sent via email.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT. Additional shipping costs, if applicable, are indicated separately during the ordering process. Alice Glam Shop reserves the right to adjust prices at any time; however, the prices displayed at the time of order placement apply.

4. Payment Terms
Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, TWINT, bank transfer, or other payment methods offered in the shop. Unless otherwise agreed, the invoice amount is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract. Alice Glam Shop reserves the right to charge reminder fees in the event of payment delays.

5. Delivery
Delivery is made within Switzerland to the delivery address specified by the customer. Delivery times are indicated on the respective product page and begin upon receipt of payment. If an item is unavailable, we will notify the customer promptly and may offer an equivalent alternative or a refund.

6. Retention of Title
Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Right of Return and Withdrawal
Customers have the right to return the goods within 14 days of receipt without providing reasons. The return conditions and details of the right of withdrawal are described in the Return Policy, which is part of these T&C.

8. Warranty
Alice Glam Shop is liable for defects in the goods according to legal regulations. However, obvious defects must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. In case of defective goods, we will either arrange for a replacement or refund the purchase price, at our discretion.

9. Liability
Alice Glam Shop is liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for damages resulting from the breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable damages. Further liability is excluded where legally permissible.

10. Data Protection
The collection and processing of customers’ personal data is carried out solely in accordance with legal requirements. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

11. Copyright
All content, texts, images, and graphics on www.aliceglamshop.com are protected by copyright and may not be used without our express written permission.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
All disputes arising from or related to the use of the online shop or these T&C are governed by Swiss law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is the location of Alice Glam Shop in Zurich, Switzerland.

13. Final Provisions
If any provision of these T&C is invalid or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
